Tim Leier

Tim began his financial planning career in 1994 with Regal Capital Planners, following completion of degrees in Kinesiology, Business Administration and Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. Having received his Certified Financial Planner designation in 1999, Tim and his team have specialized in offering advice driven solutions in the areas of retirement and pension-style investment planning. 

Tim has worked as a provincial director of the Canadian Pension Benefits Institute and has experience serving as a pension trustee for the City of Saskatoon going back to 1994. He's been a proud member of ADVOCIS (Financial Advisors Assoc of Canada) since 1998. In that same year, Tim joined Brian Mallard and his team of specialized independent financial planners, where he became a shareholding partner within the firm in 2008.

Tim has volunteered in a wide variety of community activities over the past 35 years, from serving as an inaugural member of both the Huskie Hockey and Football Alumni Association. Tim continues to sponsor and contribute volunteer time in Huskie Athletics as well with Kidsport, Children’s Hospital of Saskatchewan, arK ChocLaCure / Search for a Cure in the area of cancer research, and as well with the Gordie Howe Sports Complex & Friend of the Bowl Foundation.
